Social Awareness

How it works

Social self-awareness is the ability to understand and manage one’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in their interactions with others. It is a field of study that has implications for a variety of contexts like individuals’ personal relationships, group behavior, leadership development, organizational change management, strategic marketing campaigns or political campaigns. Social self-awareness has been defined in terms of four components: knowledge about oneself; awareness of one’s emotions; awareness of how others perceive you; and awareness of how your own behavior may impact other people.this is how we are going to work.
